In 2004, Mike Purcell founded Compass Performance Group, LLC on the belief that the saying, "Our people are our greatest asset," is not necessarily correct.  It should read "Good people are our greatest asset."  Developing good people requires good training.  Mike also believes it is not enough to introduce only his ideas of a successful presentation to the client, but that he must always be open to their ideas and willing to partner with his clients to develop presentations that are customized to meet their individual needs and goals.

Ultimately, any investment you make in training must help you or the members of your group or organization realize higher productivity or a greater bottom-line.  Getting your team to reach a higher level of individual and team performance and productivity is a proven way to reach greater performance and profitability.  Helping you get there is Mike's ultimate goal.
